Refunds - We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our website. All sales are final, and once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase decision.
Cancellations - As our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, cancellations are not applicable. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. The same also applies to the purchases made for the Live Online Exercise Program as well.
